Director of the R&D Office at the University of Vigo. She holds two degrees, in Law and Philology, and a master's degree in teacher training and qualification. She is accredited as a transfer professional (RTTP) through the International Alliance ATTP.
She has extensive training and experience in the promotion and management of R&D and knowledge transfer. She is a regular speaker in courses, masters and doctorates programs on the innovation system and the interrelations between its different actors, as well as on the valorisation of R&D and innovation. She coordinates projects for the transfer of results and the promotion of R&D at regional, national and European interregional level. She is an evaluator of projects for the European Framework Programme and Eurostars, as well as for national programmes. She was part of several international delegations as an expert and on behalf of the transfer mission in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Cape Verde, Portugal and France. She is a regular member of juries for knowledge and technology-based entrepreneurship awards. She was coordinator of RedOTRI and member of its standing committee, was also a member of the executive committee of ASTP and co-founder of the professional association RedRTransfer. Currently, she is again a member of RedOTRI's standing committee and has recently won a national career award at the second edition of IPFest 2023.
