Attainment / Qualifications

• Educated to graduate degree level or equivalent.
• Relevant academic and/or professional qualification.

Previous Experience

• Consistent achievement at managerial level and experience in an organisation of comparable size and complexity, including managing budgets and resources.
• A proven track record of leading the formulation and delivery of operational plans and objectives.
• A successful track record of building productive internal and external relationships and working across organisational and sector boundaries that embraces collaborative working with the statutory, voluntary and private sectors.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to give articulate, comprehensive and persuasive presentations to a wide variety of audiences

• A track record of effective delivery within a complex political/partnership environment.
• Experience of building personal and professional credibility with boards, management teams, staff, partners and stakeholders.
• Evidence of success in building and enhancing the reputation of an organisation; locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
• Experience of working with volunteers

Knowledge and Specialist Skills

• Able to provide sound professional advice and experience of interfacing at Board level.
• Proven ability to organise and undertake a diverse workload, manage constant and often conflicting work demands whilst still achieving competing deadlines and targets.
• Well-developed influencing skills that encourage commitment and delivery from others.
• An ability to maintain a clear overview of issues affecting ATTP and its sectors and manage competing priorities within financial constraints.
• An ability to implement corporate strategies in pursuit of agreed goals.
• Financial and commercial awareness, with strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to present information to a range of diverse, global stakeholders tailoring to need
