Jacek Plucinski has acquired many years of experience as a CEO of successful start-ups and spin-off companies, which led him towards technology transfer and academic entrepreneurship. With a proven track record of transferring ICT projects from public research institutions and universities in Poland, Jacek joined the SnT TTO at University of Luxembourg in 2018. His daily activities cover IP management, IP marketing and licensing and spin-off projects in the Acceleration Programme. Jacek leads the FOSS team, SnT’s open-source program office (OSPO). He is also a certified RTTP and a member of the ASTP Digital Events Committee.
