Dr Inmaculada Valle works as an Investment Manager at the European Investment Fund (EIF).
Dr Valle has been involved in Technology Transfer and early-stage financing in the Life Sciences sector since 2010. Prior to joining EIF, she worked as a Business Development Manager at several biotech and medtech start-ups between 2015 and 2020, and was also the co-founder and CEO of a biotechnology company in Barcelona. From 2010 to 2015, Dr Valle served as an Investment Manager in Life Sciences at Caixa Capital Risc, the investment arm of La Caixa. Additionally, she has acted as a business angel in various projects within the life sciences sector.
Dr Valle studied Biology and holds a PhD in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry as well as an MBA in Biotechnology Management.
