Pablo Jensen is a senior researcher at the CNRS, member of the physics laboratory of the ENS of Lyon, author of more than 100 publications in various fields (Nature, PNAS, Rev Mod Phys, Brit J Socio, J Pub Eco...). He was the head of Complex Systems Institute in Lyon (ixxi.fr), which gathers more than 200 scientists from many domains and seven institutions (2007 - 2015). He creator and managed the interdisciplinary Master (computer science, mathematics, physics) at ENS de Lyon: « Modeling Complex Systems » (2008 - 2015) and was twice national project manager at CNRS (science – society dialogue for physics and mathematics; interdisciplinarity between physics and social sciences).
His present research focuses on the epistemological and political issues raised by social modelling. Concerned by the profound ecological mutation, he became environmental officer at ENS de Lyon and co-founded the Fabrique des Questions Simples (simple-question.org).
