Renzo Pellandini is a passionate explorer of human potential.
Over many years he has worked with teams to systematically increase engagement and passion, two critical ingredients in human potential - and for the bottom line!
With a background in engineering (ETH Zurich, specialising in semiconductors), followed by 18 years in China and Taiwan, and more recently, through coaching teams for multinational corporations and startups, he brings first-hand knowledge of how and why individuals and teams fail to perform. Often, guidance and characterisation places people in boxes, limiting both individual and collective potential by keeping functional, technical and cultural barriers in place.
Insight: Breakthroughs occur when more natural, precise methods are used to assist teams in reaching their full collective potential: surfacing and embracing differences in individual operating models creates a more productive dynamic, where all individuals in the team work productively and smoothly together, towards the achievement of shared goals.
