This kick-off meeting marks the beginning of an engaging journey to explore best practices, develop support models, and establish role models for spin-off creation. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Define the group’s expectations and discuss ideas for collaboration.
- Explore potential formats, including regular meetings and innovative events.
- Help shape the group’s scope, deciding whether to focus on Knowledge Transfer Offices or include broader stakeholders like Entrepreneurship Centres and investors.
- Elect co-chairs to lead the SIG and set its direction, together with Florian Kirschenhofer, Senior Start-up & Portfolio Manager at Max Planck Innovation GmbH.
