The International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) is recruiting for two positions within its Technology Transfer Office in Braga, Portugal:
- Intellectual Property Officer
- Services and Technology Transfer Officer
Both positions offer the opportunity to contribute to the commercialisation of cutting-edge research and innovation within one of Europe's leading nanotechnology organisations.
INL is the world's first and only intergovernmental organisation dedicated entirely to nanoscience and nanotechnology. Based in Braga, Portugal, it brings together world-class researchers and innovation professionals to translate research excellence into societal and economic impact.
The Intellectual Property Officer will support invention disclosure management, patent prosecution, IP strategy development, licensing activities, spin-out creation, and IP awareness initiatives across the organisation.
The Services and Technology Transfer Officer will focus on industry engagement, business development, contract negotiation, technology commercialisation, and the development of partnerships within key technology areas including semiconductors, photonics, quantum technologies, and AI hardware.
Both roles are based in Braga and are offered on a full-time basis with a 48-month contract. Applications are open until 8 July 2026 at 23:00 (Lisbon time).
