New Professionals (NP)

The New Professionals SIG serves as an anchor point for individuals who are beginning their journey in Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Technology Transfer (TT). The group helps members navigate the diverse opportunities and resources available in the field, supporting their professional growth and development.

The SIG welcomes participants who are new to KT, transitioning into new roles, looking to transfer into the profession, or seeking to diversify their experience. It also provides value to team leaders who want to offer professional development opportunities for staff.

Through networking, peer learning, and knowledge sharing, the SIG enables new professionals to build confidence, expand expertise, and connect with colleagues across the KT community.
