A session designed to help Knowledge Transfer professionals make informed decisions about AI—from how to commercialise and govern it to understanding its institutional implications—and with AI, by exploring how to use it effectively in daily KTO practice.
The event brings together three interconnected themes:
Together, these three elements provide a practical and strategic perspective on how AI is transforming Knowledge Transfer—equipping professionals with the insights, tools and perspectives needed to navigate this rapidly evolving landscape.
Middle and senior management of Knowledge Transfer Offices—including team leaders, Heads of KTO, and KTO Directors—who are responsible for making strategic decisions about how their offices adopt, integrate, and respond to AI, both as a tool for their own operations and as an increasingly important part of their knowledge transfer portfolio.
This course gives an in-depth understanding on managing contract portfolio, including research contracts, license agreements, and other collaboration agreements.
