The Connect & Communicate with Impact (CCI) SIG is a community for knowledge transfer professionals who want to strengthen their communication strategies and enhance the visibility of their work. By sharing best practices, exploring digital tools (including AI), and improving storytelling techniques, the SIG empowers members to engage stakeholders more effectively and maximise the impact of knowledge exchange.

This SIG is designed for communication, event, and marketing officers, business developers, and other KT professionals responsible for communication. Together, members benefit from:
