Knowledge transfer is not only about technologies, agreements and processes - it is also about people, communication and trust. Prof. Elisa Villani from University of Bologna, initiator and coordinator of the "Soft Skills for KT" project, and Semih Ersöz from Sopu Academy, partner responsible for the development of training methodology, will talk about the main objectives and results of the project: its vision, practical learning materials, and the experiences gathered while developing and piloting trainings designed for knowledge transfer professionals across Europe. A practical session for anyone interested in strengthening the human side of KT.

There was ample opportunity to learn from colleagues through the workshop sessions or more formally through speakers either sharing their years of experience or their state of the art research. Well worth attending.
