ERA SHUTTLE is creating a cross-sectoral framework for collaboration and possibilities for talents from different backgrounds to address contemporary health and environmental challenges and produce innovative solutions for the benefit of society.

Duration of the project: January 2023 – December 2027

The ERA SHUTTLE project (Accelerating ERA by Sharing Unique Talents for healThy Life and Environment) is a collaborative initiative funded by the European Union under the Horizon programme. It aims to enhance research and innovation (R&I) capacity within the European Research Area (ERA), focusing on Widening countries such as Poland, Croatia, and Malta. The project seeks to strengthen R&I support capacities, boost cross-sectoral collaboration and knowledge sharing, enhance the attractiveness of regional R&I ecosystems, and utilize R&I excellence for societal and economic impact. By offering training and secondment opportunities, ERA SHUTTLE aims to develop core capacities, exchange expertise, and support industry-research needs through the exchange of ideas.
