This Legal SIG meeting will provide an informal platform for members to exchange insights and strategies on negotiating indemnification clauses in research collaboration agreements. The discussion, which will partly be held in breakout rooms, may cover agreements between universities / research institutes, as well as those involving industry partners. Attendees are encouraged to share their experiences, challenges, and best practices to foster a deeper understanding and exchange of effective negotiation tactics in this critical area.
