In this 60-minute session, Donnie SC Lygonis will deliver a 30-minute presentation outlining the key principles and practical applications of the KTH IRL model, drawing on pre-circulated materials. The session will then open to a 30-minute interactive Q&A, moderated by Philip Grother, offering participants the opportunity to discuss implementation strategies, benefits, and lessons learned.

This introductory session sets the stage for a more detailed three-hour deep dive on Tuesday 4 November, 14:00–17:00 CET, where participants will have the chance to explore the framework in depth and discuss real-life case applications.
