As AI-assisted and agentic coding become mainstream, questions around authorship, copyrightability, and ownership of software outputs are becoming increasingly complex.
The session will explore the legal and practical challenges of demonstrating meaningful human creative contribution in AI-enabled development workflows, and discuss documentation, and traceability mechanisms that can help support copyright claims and reduce IP risks in agentic software development.
