2025 ASTP Conference Scholarship Application

Inteum Company is offering a unique opportunity to attend the ASTP 2025 Annual Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, from 21–23 May 2025. This scholarship is designed to support first-time attendees from organisations in the UK or EU with ASTP membership.

What the scholarship covers:

• Conference registration at the member rate
• Round-trip travel to Vilnius
• Accommodation at the ASTP-contracted hotel
• Meals included in the event package

Eligibility requirements:

• First-time attendee of an ASTP event
• Full-time employment at an organisation with at least one ASTP member
• Organisation located in the UK or EU

Application process:

1. Complete the application form, including a 500-word statement on your professional duties and how this scholarship will benefit your work.
2. Attach your CV and a recommendation letter from your employer.
3. Submit your application to davidw@inteum.com by Friday, 28 March 2025.

The winner will be selected through a random draw on Tuesday, 1 April 2025, and notified by the end of business on Wednesday, 2 April 2025.
