Are you a young knowledge transfer professional working in higher education or a research organisation, under 30 years old, and eager to invest in your growth? The TII Scholarship, administered by ASTP, is designed to support your professional development and help you strengthen your KT skills.
The scholarship provides funding of up to €2,250, which can be used to cover costs related to your learning and career advancement. This may include attendance at conferences, masterclasses, or training courses tailored to knowledge transfer professionals — whether offered by ASTP or other organisations. Eligible costs include registration fees, travel, and accommodation.
Applicants are invited to submit the following:
A LinkedIn profile and CV
A letter of motivation (or short video) explaining how you would use the scholarship and what impact it would have on your career
A letter of recommendation from your line manager
Applications must be submitted in English. Each individual or organisation may submit only one application per edition.
Submit your application to headquarters@astp4kt.eu and mark your message with the subject line “ASTP-TII Scholarship”.
Deadline for submissions: 28 November 2025
The winner will be announced by the end of January, after which the successful candidate will be able to register for relevant activities and claim reimbursement of eligible costs up to the grant limit. The grant should be used within 12 months of the award.
Applications will be assessed by a jury of three KT professionals, including two representatives from TII.
