Knowledge and Technology Transfer Metrics Report (2025) calls for harmonised definitions and indicators to capture…
The European Innovation Act aims to create a more coherent regulatory, policy, and investment environment across the EU to remove barriers that hinder the commercialisation and uptake of innovations across the EU Singel Market. It aims to establish cross-sectoral framework conditions to facilitate the commercialisation of research results in all sectors, strengthen collaboration between industry and academia, and improve access to markets, finance, talent, and research and technology infrastructures.
The European Innovation Act may thus include measures that affect different stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem including large and small companies, universities and research organisations, research and technology infrastructures, financial investors, standardisation, certification and permitting bodies, Member States, public buyers and private buyers. This targeted survey contributes to the collection of information and insights from these relevant stakeholder groups, to enrich the evidence basis of the Impact Assessment of the European Innovation Act currently under preparation. The survey covers topics such as procurement, access to research and technology infrastructure and commercial exploitation.
Knowledge transfer organisations, Innovation agencies, Universities and Research & Technology Organisations are the main targets of this Consultation.
