Background
RM ROADMAP is currently in the middle of the second co-creation session which aims to create a consensus on the understanding of the research management (RM)?profession and propose a working definition and terminology for the profession.
The first survey, conducted between November 2023 and January 2024, gathered insights on the status, position, and needs of research managers across the European Research Area (ERA). A new survey has now been launched.
