Ananay Aguilar

Ananay is the Director of TenU, a collaboration of universities that are global leaders in innovation. Members are the directors of the technology transfer offices of universities including Cambridge, KU Leuven, MIT, Oxford and Stanford. Key initiatives created under her leadership have included the USIT Guides, the TenU Future Leaders Programme and the TenU Hosts event series on key policy issues.

Prior to joining TenU, Ananay worked as an independent consultant in the areas of copyright, cultural policy and diversity & inclusion, and previously held post-doctoral positions at the University of Cambridge.

Ananay is affiliated with the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law (CIPIL) and mentors at the Postdoc Academy.
