Claudia Kitzmueller

Claudia Kitzmueller holds a degree in Biochemistry and has worked in the fields of cell biology and immunology in Austria and the UK. She also completed a Master’s degree in Legal and Business Aspects in Technics, with a thesis on priority rights in patents. Since 2023, Claudia has served as a Knowledge Transfer Manager at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, supporting researchers in all aspects of knowledge transfer — from awareness training to patenting and spin-off creation. Her particular focus is on helping SHAPE researchers explore ways to valorise their research and enhance its societal impact.
