Conny Lund Tegtmeier

Conny is a Senior Business Development Manager at KITCHEN, Aarhus University´s largest innovation and entrepreneurial Hub.

She has more than 15 years of experience in Technology Transfer covering all aspects of business development, including assessment of inventions and commercialisation of IPR, Spin-out creation, out-licensing of technologies to corporate industry, contract negotiation, ecosystem building etc. Her activities are mainly focused on life science domain, particularly Pharma and Agrifood.

Before joining university technology transfer, Conny gained experience in private industry. She worked in the Danish dairy industry at The Danish Dairy Board for several years focusing on milk quality and driving collaborations between industry and universities. She also worked in the biotechnology industry at DAKO (now Agilent Technologies) where she was involved in the development of assays for antibody-based human cancer diagnostics.

Conny holds a Ph.D. in Veterinary Immunohistopathology.
