She has a background in neuroscience, and brings experience doing research in the public and private sector before moving into technology transfer. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, and one of her reasons to move into knowledge transfer was the key position of knowledge transfer offices in making the innovation ecosystem more inclusive and equitable.
