Prof. Elisa Villani is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bologna.
She's also been a Visiting Researcher at Imperial College Business School for 6 years. Elisa’s research interests lie in the area of innovation, knowledge transfer, and cross-sector collaborations, with a focus on organizational dynamics and processes.
Elisa has extensive experience in knowledge transfer contexts, both through her research activities and through collaborations with a wide range of organizations. She has published in several top management journals like Organization Science, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Strategic Organization, Technovation, Journal of Business Research. She coordinates several national and international projects in this area.
