Roberta Guerrina

Roberta Guerrina is Professor of Politics at the University of Bristol and a specialist in the politics of gender, with a particular interest in EU politics, policy-making processes, and gender mainstreaming. She also held a POST Fellowship in the UK Parliament.

Following years of academic research into equality and diversity policies in large organisations, Roberta and her team developed a programme and framework for companies to deliver better equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) outcomes. She received Impact Accelerator Award funding to work with industry and public sector partners to prototype this at scale and has founded the spinout EQUAL In-Sight, an EDI consultancy and software platform.
