Terms & Conditions - Membership

Membership Period

• Individual and Group Memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the membership start date.
• Memberships commence on the first day of the month in which the member joins.
• National Association Membership follows the calendar year (1 January–31 December).

Membership Fees

• Membership fees are invoiced annually.
• Membership benefits are available only after payment has been received in full.
• ASTP reserves the right to suspend benefits where payment remains outstanding.

Renewals & Cancellations

• Membership renewal notices are sent before the end of the membership period.
• Individual & Group memberships renew automatically unless written notice of cancellation is received at least one (1) month before the renewal date.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.

Non-payment

• If payment is not received by the due date, ASTP may suspend membership benefits.
• Following a final payment reminder, ASTP may terminate the membership.
• Reinstatement is subject to settlement of all outstanding invoices and may be subject to an administration fee.

Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

• complying with these Terms & Conditions
• maintaining accurate profile information
• complying with the ASTP Code of Conduct and applicable policies.

• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Membership remains with the individual if they change employer during the membership period, unless otherwise agreed by ASTP.

• The organisation is responsible for payment and for maintaining an up-to-date list of members.
• Additional members may be added during the membership period and may incur additional fees.
• All members share the same renewal date.
• Membership places are allocated to named individuals and may not be exchanged between employees during the membership period. Transfers are only permitted where the original member has not yet activated their membership or is no longer employed by the organisation.
• Individuals participating under a Group Membership are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

• Membership follows the calendar year (1 January–31 December).
• National Associations are responsible for providing and maintaining an up-to-date membership list.
• Membership renews annually unless ASTP receives written notice of cancellation at least one (1) month before the start of the new calendar year.
• Individuals participating through a National Association Membership are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

• ASTP reserves the right to determine eligibility for membership.
• ASTP may suspend or terminate membership in cases of non-payment, misuse of benefits, or conduct detrimental to ASTP or its members.

• Members must accept the ASTP Member Directory Terms of Use before accessing the directory.

ASTP Member Directory – Terms of Use

I understand that the ASTP Member Directory is intended for professional networking and collaboration. I will not use member contact information for unsolicited marketing, sales, promotional activities, mass communications or share with third parties without consent. Misuse may result in the removal of directory access.
