The ASTP Annual Conference is heading to Greece! From 19–21 May 2027, the knowledge transfer community will come together in Thessaloniki for three days of learning, exchange and connection.
As we look ahead to the Annual Conference 2027, we want the programme to reflect the topics, questions and challenges that matter to knowledge transfer professionals across Europe and beyond. And that starts by listening to the community.
During the closing plenary of the 2026 Annual Conference in Bucharest, we invited participants to share their ideas for the next edition. We are now opening that invitation to everyone – ASTP members and non-members alike.
What developments are changing the way you work? Which challenges would benefit from discussion with peers? What experiences, emerging issues or new approaches should the knowledge transfer community be exploring together?
We invite you to suggest up to two topics that you would like the Conference Programme Committee to consider for the Annual Conference 2027.
Send your suggestions to Anuar Shafiei by 16 October 2026, using the subject line “Topics for the Annual Conference 2027”.
Your ideas will help the Conference Programme Committee understand what matters most to the community as they begin shaping the programme for Thessaloniki.
Save the date: 19–21 May 2027. We look forward to seeing you in Greece – and to hearing what you would like to discuss when we get there.
