This hands?on workshop invites professionals from universities and research organisations to collaboratively explore how conflict of interests situations emerge and how institutions can respond effectively. Through group exercises and structured discussions, participants will unpack inherent risks, examine institutional vulnerabilities, and analyse real?world scenarios involving multiple stakeholders.

A core element of the session is peer learning participants will be encouraged to share experiences, compare institutional approaches, and exchange best practices from across Europe. The workshop will also address how institutional policies can support early detection, consistent evaluation, and effective resolution of conflict of interests situations.
