This event has now expired

This follow-up workshop, led by Tilmann Lahann, builds on the discussions of the last Legal SIG meeting and continues the examination of European state aid rules as they apply to research and development projects. The session will explore practical challenges arising from cooperation between public research organisations and private partners, with a focus on the legal framework for price calculation and contractual arrangements. The workshop will conclude with an interactive discussion and Q&A, allowing participants to raise questions and exchange experiences. There will also be room to discuss the differences in how state aid rules are implemented across EU Member States and the implications for cross-border collaborations.

This meeting is organised by the Legal SIG. Join the Legal SIG to stay informed.
