In this session, Matteo Sabattini (Sisvel), Jamie Lewis (UK IPO), and Justine Ferland (WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center) will explore how SMEs working with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies can engage with standards, navigate patent licensing, manage disputes, and develop effective IP strategies.

The webinar will highlight practical initiatives and tools designed to support SMEs, including licensing support programmes, advisory services, dispute resolution mechanisms, and funding opportunities. These efforts aim to make the IP and standards landscape more accessible and manageable for smaller innovators.
