The European Commission invites knowledge transfer and innovation professionals to participate in the online validation workshop Creating Venture Builder Roles at Universities and Research Organisations on 14 October 2026.

The workshop forms part of a European Commission initiative to support the development of venture builder roles within universities, research and technology organisations (RTOs), and research infrastructures. It provides an opportunity for participants to contribute to discussions on how these roles can strengthen research commercialisation and support the translation of research results into impact.

Registration is open for online participation. A limited number of places are available for in-person attendance in Brussels.
