Knowledge Valorisation in Action: From Results to Policy

An online workshop highlighting policy-relevant lessons from Horizon Europe projects and innovative approaches to knowledge valorisation that strengthen research impact and European competitiveness.

The European Research Executive Agency (REA), in cooperation with the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD), invites you to join the online workshop Knowledge Valorisation in Action: From Results to Policy on 8 October 2026.

This interactive event will showcase lessons and policy-relevant results from a cluster of Horizon Europe projects that have piloted innovative approaches to knowledge valorisation. Discussions will explore how research results can be translated into societal, market, and policy impact, while strengthening European competitiveness and supporting future policy development.

The programme includes project presentations, panel discussions with representatives from the European Commission and Horizon Europe projects, and opportunities for participants to contribute through plenary discussions. The event will conclude with a session on carrying forward the lessons learned to inform future knowledge valorisation initiatives.
