The first session of the IP Strategies for Universities programme provides a foundation for understanding how universities can design and implement successful IP strategies. Speakers from Eindhoven University of Technology, Cambridge Enterprise, and the University of Algarve share their perspectives on key steps, challenges, and organisational considerations for managing research outcomes.
