Scaling up quantum innovation | EPO event

Scaling up quantum innovation | EPO event

This event explores how quantum technologies are progressing toward large-scale deployment and what regions need to succeed in global competition.

Quantum is rapidly moving from theory to real-world transformation, driving advances in communication, computing, and sensing. As recent policy reports show, these technologies have the potential to reshape industries, strengthen technological sovereignty, and boost competitiveness worldwide.

However, scaling quantum innovation remains a major challenge. While the United States benefits from deep capital markets and major tech players ready to commercialise quantum solutions, regions such as Europe and Canada must focus on enabling their startups to grow, attract investment, and compete globally.

This event will explore how quantum technologies are evolving toward market-ready scale. It will feature the launch of a landmark joint EPO–OECD study analysing technological progress and key ecosystem trends, including firms, investment flows, skills, trade, and policy developments.

Policymakers, researchers, investors, and entrepreneurs will discuss how different regions can close the gap between lab and market, secure the right funding, and convert scientific excellence into commercial impact. Participants can expect fresh insights and a practical roadmap for harnessing the global quantum opportunity.

Join on 17 December 2025 in Paris for this jointly organised EPO–OECD event. On-site participation is limited, but online access is open to all. Register now and indicate your preferred mode of attendance.
