The materials produced in the framework of this project are intended for direct use by the community (please note no automatic CE accreditation is included). ASTP may further adapt these materials when designing future formal training offers in this field.
NOTE: All materials are available under an open licence (CC BY-SA). Therefore, you can freely use them, adapt them to your own needs, and use them in courses or team work.
KT SoftSkills is a three-year project (Dec 2022-Nov 2025), co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Union. It aims to remove barriers between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and external partners, by supporting and improving their mutual understanding and negotiation processes.
The project aims to enhance KT professionals' competencies, specifically soft and transversal skills, that may support the transformation of HEIs into more inclusive organisations. In other words, the project aims to:
