The KT Soft Skills Training Programme offers a modular set of half-day training sessions. Each module is designed to provide an effective learning experience combining theory and practice. The materials are designed to help KT professionals grow in eight essential areas: Negotiation, Problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork, Socio-cultural Skills, Context Awareness, Personal Development, and Networking.

KT SoftSkills is a three-year project (Dec 2022-Nov 2025), co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Union. It aims to remove barriers between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and external partners, by supporting and improving their mutual understanding and negotiation processes.
