Develop your Soft Skills with the KT Soft Skills Training Programme

The Training Programme

The KT Soft Skills Training Programme offers a modular set of half-day training sessions. Each module is designed to provide an effective learning experience combining theory and practice. The materials are designed to help KT professionals grow in eight essential areas: Negotiation, Problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork, Socio-cultural Skills, Context Awareness, Personal Development, and Networking.

The project

KT SoftSkills is a three-year project (Dec 2022-Nov 2025), co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Union. It aims to remove barriers between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and external partners, by supporting and improving their mutual understanding and negotiation processes.

The project aims to enhance KT professionals' competencies, specifically soft and transversal skills, that may support the transformation of HEIs into more inclusive organisations. In other words, the project aims to:

  • improve the impact of knowledge transfer (KT) activities,
  • foster the actual and expected contribution of collaborative projects, and
  • build more inclusive and effective collaboration partnerships between HEIs and firms.

The training programme is a result of the work of a Consortium coordinated by the University of Bologna – Department of Management (prof. Elisa Villani) – and includes other five partners from four European Countries: ASTP, Helsinki Think Company, Jagiellonian University, Netval, and SOPU Academy.
